Have Health Issues? Perhaps it’s Time to Pay Attention to the Energy in the Food that You Eat.
Thanks to our continued progression of knowledge available provided by loving and caring people who also write from their highest spirit, there are several books out on the vitamins, minerals and overall content (fat, protein, calories…) that are in the foods that we eat. Even books on what particular foods specifically do for our body. It’s important to have a balanced diet of organic food, staying within our caloric needs each day.
My son and I suffer from low blood sugar. In fact, the more I have spoken to others about it, the more I’m beginning to believe that most of us suffer from low blood sugar. Many just aren’t aware and chalk it up to some unrelated mental or physical issue.
The feeling of shakiness, hunger, weakness, being light headed and unfocus just wasn’t for us.
Ensuring that we eat organic protein and fats at every meal (yes fats because they stabilize your blood sugar longer), five or six times a day, as well as fruit, vegetables and grains along with them, is important for the energy my son and I want to feel.
It’s a known fact, since our society listened to the “powers at be” concerning the need to eat a zero fat content diet, many have blossomed in their weight gain tremendously.
Weather you have low blood sugar or some other mental or physical issue, listen to your higher self before allowing someone else to change your diet or your child’s diet or worse, give you medication.
My son and I stay trim and fit and our cholesterol levels remain good. Our energy is higher than ever before. My son’s focus improved in his school work when he implemented this diet several years ago. Needless to say, we didn’t even give it a thought about about giving him the ADHD medication that was prescribed.
If you have a problem be it mental or physical, your highest awareness can help you heal better than any doctor on earth. From the foods that you eat, feel the healing energy that awaits.
